WEEKLY SHABBAT YAHRZEITS
The anniversary of the death of a relative observed with mourning and the
saying of the Kaddish is conducted each
Shabbat service at which the required minyan is obtained.
Each Temple member is encouraged to furnish as many names as desired to be
included in our perpetual Yahrzeit list. Notice of these anniversaries are
mailed to the members and requested related parties. Attendance at that
Shabbat service is encouraged along with the opportunity to make a donation
to the Temple in memory of your "loved one".
Any visitor to the Temple will also have the opportunity to add a "loved
one's" name to the Yahrzeit list for that service.
YITZKOR LIST
During our Yom Kippur service each name on our Yitzkor list is remembered
aloud.
There are three ways someone is added to this list:
1. A permanent plaque is purchased at a cost of $_____ . This
plaque is displayed on a memorial in the Temple's sanctuary. The name is
permanently added to the Yitzkor list.
2. An entry in the "Book-of-Life" is purchased at a cost of
$_____. This entry is permanently added to the Yitzkor list.
3. A name can be added to the list on an annual basis with a
$_____ donation to the Temple.
